Lessons are under the personal supervision of Matt Bolton. Matt is the Teaching Pro at the Rosebud Country Club. A Certified PGA Member, specialising in Advanced Coaching, Matt holds several certifications from the TPI.

The Latest Technology
Matt has continued learning. With experience at Science and Motion as a swing balance instructor. Science and Motion are the developers of SAM Balance Lab. These lessons on swing development occur in the academy hitting area. This is the location of the latest in swing analysis equipment.
Rear and side high speed USB3 Cameras film the swing action. High definition screens mounted on the academy wall display the action. Recording of the swing occurs at this stage. Slow motion replays enable the pupil to see what changes are needed. It enables Matt to explain via the replay, the practice requirements.
Bolton Performance Golf uses the FlightScope Doppler radar for golf lessons. This is like the radar used for tennis, golf and cricket broadcasts. This records each shot and displays the distance, location and flight of each shot. The teaching facility opens out onto the range. Pupils have the added benefit of being able to watch the ball flight. They can look at the swing analysis data in FlightScope.
In 2018, Bolton Performance golf installed a SAM Balance Lab. This enables pupils to see how they transfer their weight through their swing. This takes the guesswork out of weight transfer analysis in their golf lesson.
